Question by Ross F: Next future generation touchscreen portables – what features do YOU want to see?
So I’ve been looking at where to go next in the field of ultra portability and devices with alternative inputs(than the tradition mouse cursor).
In other words, what would YOU want to see come in the future of ultra-portable laptops, phones, or other devices?
How can they be made better than as they are today?
My key questions are :
1. What do you expect hardware-wise? (like the specs, the feel, external stuff, etc.)
2. What do you expect software-wise? (like how you want a mobile OS to work)
4. How can mobile computing work better than it does now? What options could we add on to?
5. What other features or goodies do you want to see being put into these devices?
I’m asking these, because I’m part of a research company to help find what should be in next generation computing for several companies. Nobody specific.
